Welcome to my website and I hope that you enjoy looking around at the photos, recipes and cookbooks.
2011 was a great year for me and it was rounded off very nicely by my book, 'Food To Love' winning the Kerry Food Book Award just before Christmas.
2012 has got off to a busy start already and I have great plans for this year including work on my next cookery book. The ICA nationwide roadshow resumes very shortly as well so I hope to see you at one of our destinations in the coming months.
