60 of the recipes are fully embellished with high resolution colour photographs so there is no excuse but to recreate some of the mouth watering desserts. In the book I have tried to look at food and food service through two mind sets-the first being as a trained professional demonstrating the correct culinary procedures and the other through the eyes of a person with a hectic lifestyle who is trying to maximize their time. In this book there are a series of recipes that would be suitable for quick midweek suppers or light snacks but also as you plough through the pages you will find a host of recipes that would be conducive to more elaborate dinner parties and light entertaining.

On this web page I am highlighting my recent and first publication "Edward Entertains" - a cookery book chronicling over 80 recipes which are most flavorsome as well as being easy to create at home. In the book I have chosen to use ingredients and commodities which are readily available to you all and have created a variety of recipes of varying degrees of simplicity.
I have been working full time with celebrity chef, Kevin Dundon, for almost three years and have spent most of that time teaching cookery at the Dunbrody House Cookery School. In addition to working full time with Kevin in Dunbrody House I am studying for my BA in Advanced Culinary Arts at Cork Institute of Technology having spent two years studying Professional Cookery in Waterford Institute of Technology.
On the flip side of this I also enjoy a little flick into show business and am involved in The Shaughraun with Kilcumney Players, and the annual Pantomime, Sinbad with Gowran pantomime society. So Edward literally does "entertain"!!
